AI Solutions Analyst - (mostly remote with 1 day a week in London) - excellent opportunity!

Role

We are looking for an engaging & ambitious AI Solutions Analyst to help deliver AI-powered solutions.This role combines business analysis, AI prompt engineering, and testing/quality assurance. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their requirements, design effective AI prompts and workflows, and ensure delivered solutions meet customer expectations.

Skills & Experience

• Commercial acumen / client-facing experience
• Strong business analysis experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini
• Ability to assess AI-generated outputs critically and accurately
• Experience in business analysis, QA/testing and solution delivery
• Organised, detail-oriented, and customer-focused

Desirable

• Change management / business adoption
• Experience with prompt engineering
• Familiarity with Agile delivery environments
• Understanding of AI/LLM capabilities and limitations

Responsibilities

• Gather and document customer requirements
• Translate business needs into AI prompts and workflows
• Test and validate AI outputs against requirements
• Identify issues, edge cases, and improvement opportunities
• Work with internal teams to refine and improve AI solutions
• Support successful customer delivery and adoption
