Senior Marketing Science Partner
12-month contract | Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 from home) | London

£120-130k

Are you a data-driven thinker who thrives on variety, loves getting stuck into complex problems, and enjoys turning insight into real-world impact? Do you feel just as confident writing SQL as you do presenting to senior clients? If so, this could be the perfect fit.

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Science Partner to join a high-performing team at a major, global tech company on a 12-month contract. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with 8+ years in marketing science, digital advertising, or analytics; who’s looking for a role where their work will directly shape how some of the world’s biggest brands make decisions.

You’ll be working across a range of social and digital advertising products, helping advertisers understand what’s working, what’s not, and how to optimise for better results. Your work will include:

Designing and delivering marketing measurement solutions using SQL and statistical techniques Translating complex performance data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and clients Leading stakeholder and client-facing conversations to guide marketing strategy and decision-making Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, data science, business intelligence, and sales Staying on top of industry trends and best practices in advertising measurement and digital marketing You’ll need a strong understanding of technical skills such as SQL, Python, R; an understanding of marketing frameworks, and experience in advertising effectiveness measurement. But just as important is your ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and inspire action. You should be comfortable presenting to senior-level stakeholders and advising clients based on data-led insights.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 8+ years in marketing science, analytics, ad effectiveness, or research
  • A degree in psychology, statistics, economics, behavioural science, or a related field
  • Experience in marketing measurement techniques, including brand and performance marketing
  • Strong SQL skills with experience in experimental design, statistical modelling, and advertising research
  • The ability to simplify complex topics and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience influencing decisions with data-driven insights and advising on advertiser planning and buying If you’ve worked on social products or with digital campaign measurement, that’s a big plus!
  • Be able to read and write in Turkish

This is a hybrid role based in London – 3 days in the office, 2 from home – and offers an opportunity to work in a purpose-driven environment with a supportive and collaborative team, and a great opportunity to enhance your career.

If you're ready to take on a role where your insights drive meaningful change, we’d love to hear from you!

AI Jobs for Non‑Technical Professionals: Where Do You Fit In?

Your Seat at the AI Table Artificial Intelligence (AI) has left the lab and entered boardrooms, high‑street banks, hospitals and marketing agencies across the United Kingdom. Yet a stubborn myth lingers: “AI careers are only for coders and PhDs.” If you can’t write TensorFlow, surely you have no place in the conversation—right? Wrong. According to PwC’s UK AI Jobs Barometer 2024, vacancies mentioning AI rose 61 % year‑on‑year, but only 35 % of those adverts required advanced programming skills (pwc.co.uk). The Department for Culture, Media & Sport (DCMS) likewise reports that Britain’s fastest‑growing AI employers are “actively recruiting non‑technical talent to scale responsibly” (gov.uk). Put simply, the nation needs communicators, strategists, ethicists, marketers and project leaders every bit as urgently as it needs machine‑learning engineers. This 2,500‑word guide shows where you fit in—and how to land an AI role without touching a line of Python.

After an $80 m Series B round in January 2024—which pushed valuation above $1 bn—ElevenLabs is scaling fast, doubling revenue every quarter and hiring aggressively. If you’re an ML engineer who dreams in spectrograms, an audio‑DSP wizard or a product storyteller who can translate jargon into creative workflows, this guide explains how to land an ElevenLabs AI job in 2025.
