Global Marketing Performance plays a pivotal role inspearheading the marketing performance agenda at The LEGO Group.The team is responsible for developing and implementing scalableways to measure and analyse marketing activations and experimentsthat generate actionable, data-driven insights to inform the fullvalue chain. We're pleased to share that we offer a hybrid workingweek arrangement called Best of Both, requiring 3 days in theoffice and 2 days from home. No relocation assistance is offeredfor this position. Core Responsibilities 1. Lead the Social andEntertainment Content Analytics team within Global MarketingPerformance. 2. Own and develop the effectiveness framework forboth social media and entertainment content, working closely withglobal and local collaborators. 3. Develop a roadmap to optimisethe efficiency of social media and entertainment content, anduncover opportunities for improvement and innovation. 4. Partnerwith Data Science team and external partners to apply advancedanalytics to uncover performance insights. 5. Ensure performanceeffectiveness outputs and insights are fully implemented across theentire organisation and facilitate data-driven decision-making withcollaborators to inform marketing and commercial decisions. 6.Develop and elevate social and entertainment content performancedata and insights capabilities across the organisation. Do you havewhat it takes? 1. Extensive experience at a similar level withinentertainment content and social media marketing performance andeffectiveness. 2. Experience and a strong understanding of advancedanalytics solutions, in particular econometrics/MMM. 3. Experienceleading strategic projects, building strong and sustainablerelationships with other stakeholders based on clearly definedpriorities and accountabilities. 4. People leadership experienceacross social and entertainment content analytics. 5. Extensiveknowledge of the external media landscape. 6. Strongtransformational leadership including rigorous prioritisation andstrong engagement capability in the matrix environment, being ableto influence senior stakeholders. 7. Proven track record of drivingbusiness change based on delivering actionable insights frommultiple data sources. Applications are reviewed on an ongoingbasis.
