What We're Looking For: We're seeking a Senior Paid Marketing Manager to join our high-performing Performance Marketing team, focusing on Metasearch within the Hotels vertical. This role is central to connecting millions of travelers with their next perfect stay while driving growth across key platforms like Google Hotel Ads (HPA) and TripAdvisor. You'll take ownership of our Metasearch strategy, leading day-to-day optimisations, driving efficiency, and innovating our data-driven marketing approach. This is an opportunity to have a significant impact on Skyscanner's global goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the future of Hotels Paid Marketing.

What You'll Do: Lead Metasearch Marketing: Manage Day-to-day performance of campaigns on platforms like Google HPA and TripAdvisor across global markets, optimising for growth while meeting ROAS targets. Explore Feed Management and Optimisation: oversee the setup, analysis, and ongoing refinement of hotel inventory feeds to ensure optimal coverage and campaign performance. Be the Metasearch Expert: serve as the "go-to" authority on Metasearch within the Performance Marketing team, providing strategic insights and guidance. Shape the Strategy: Partner with the Head of Search to define and implement the Metasearch strategy for Hotels, aligning with cross-channel roadmaps and business objectives. Drive Innovation and Experimentation: collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Engineering teams to design and implement experiments, improve in-house bidding and tooling, and uncover actionable insights. Evolve the Paid Strategy: work closely with Finance, Data Science, and Product to refine our Metasearch approach, ensuring alignment with Skyscanner's broader Hotels goals. Build and Share Best Practices: establish global standard processes for Metasearch, ensuring future proofing and innovation for Skyscanner's sustainable growth. Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, hosting regular reviews to analyse performance, exchange insights, and drive collaborative growth. We're looking for someone with: Metasearch Expertise: experience managing hotel Metasearch campaigns across platforms like Google HPA, Trivago, and TripAdvisor, with a track record of delivering growth and meeting ROAS goals. Feed Management Experience: hands-on experience optimising product or inventory feeds to ensure accurate and high-performing campaigns. Analytical: experience with Data Bricks or similar tools to process and analyse campaign performance, identifying trends, challenges, and growth opportunities. Data-Driven Decision-Making: experience designing experiments and using performance data to advise strategy and improve tooling. Collaboration: proven track record of working with Data Science team to build aligned project plans Collaboration: but also cross funcational working (including Product, Commercial, Data Science and Business Analytics) -to optimise campaigns and evolve strategies. Strategic Approach: ability to define long-term strategies while delivering operational excellence in the short term. Stakeholder Management: strong communication skills to align with stakeholders across multiple teams and levels.
