We are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our Data Analytics team!

eCommerce Data provides the department and the business the means to see what is working and what is not by drawing data and analysing patterns of shopping on our site and in general.

The role
As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of one of our Next Service Propositions, such as our credit offerings, delivery subscription, and promotional activity. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels and audiences. Your focus will be on acquiring new customers, retaining existing ones, and achieving our company's ambitious targets. 

Strategy Development:Own and develop short- and long-term marketing strategies for our service proposition.Target Achievement:Deliver on the short- and long-term targets set by the business.Integration:Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of our campaigns with broader business initiatives.Project Management:Coordinate and manage system development projects related to the proposition stream.Opportunity Identification:Identify and investigate potential commercial opportunities and communicate them effectively to internal and external stakeholders.Customer Focus:Understand the customer journey and identify areas for improvement to enhance the overall experience.Market Analysis:Conduct in-depth analysis of competitors and consumers to inform marketing strategies.Audience Targeting:Work closely with Data Science and Customer Research to identify and engage with the right audience segments.Compliance Adherence:Ensure compliance with all relevant advertising regulations.

About you

Data-Driven Decision Making:Proven track record of generating consumer/customer/market data and using it to inform strategic decisions.Commercial Acumen:Strong understanding of the business landscape and commercial implications of marketing strategies.Project Management:Proven ability to effectively manage and coordinate marketing projects.Influencing Skills:Ability to influence and persuade others to adopt your point of view.Communication and Organization:Exceptional communication and organisational skills, including the ability to effectively present complex information to various audiences.Multi-Channel Expertise:Proven ability to effectively manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns from start to finish.Target Achievement:Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve business targets and drive results.Proven Experience:Demonstrated experience in services marketing, such as delivery propositions or financial marketing, is preferred.
