You will be a part of the European SalesMarketing Organisation and report to the Senior Marketing Managerof Clinical Diagnostics. You will be responsible for establishingand positioning MeMed host response technology through engagementwith Principal Investigators Core Laboratory Directors andReference Laboratory Directors to support the commercial efforts ofa leading IVD diagnostic company. In this role you willhave the opportunity to:

• Develop a network of clinical experts in hostresponse and infection control.
• Uncover medicalneeds translate those needs into simple solutions and leadcomplexcollaboration projectssuccessfully creating genuine winwinsolutions.
• Support local scientific meetingsmedical congresses advisory boards and trainingactivities.
• Present the value proposition ofMeMed hostresponse technology from BeckmanCoulter.
• Build a solid funnel of opportunitieswith University Hospitals and Commercial Labs acrossEurope.
• Generate proposals for customersnegotiate terms with customers close the sales process and getcontracts signed.
• Support the customer duringthe clinical evaluations of MeMed host responsetechnology.

The essentialrequirements of the job include.

• Bachelors Degree with 9 years of experience 7years of experience with a Masters degree or Ph.D with 3 yearsselling within hospital settings.
• Understandingof hospital policy deployment care pathways and protocoldevelopment will be critical to successfully build and executingthe strategy.
• Experience with clinical researchand publication activities.
• Skilled ability tocommunicate complex ideas effectively to multiple stakeholders fromhospital staff to executivelevel. Business case and ROI modeldevelopment.
• Excellent communication andpresentation skills.
• Driven to achieve resultsand goals.
• Comfortable with up to 75% overnighttravel.
• Fluent in English must and at least oneother European language (preferablySpanish).
