The Product Manager willbe responsible for identifying and monitoring procurement relatedcompliance and regulations, to then convert them into our Source toPay solution. You will have to ensure they meet the customer’sexpectations and allow them to comply with their country orindustry laws. This role requires a deep understanding of regulatedmarkets (public or semi-public sector, Manufacturing, LifeSciences,), familiarity with procurement practices, stronganalytical skills, and the ability to collaborate withcross-functional teams. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop andcommunicate a clear product vision and strategy for regulatoryrelated features and capabilities within JAGGAER Source to PaySolution. Conduct market research and competitive analysis, monitorclosely governments’ regulations to identify early the new orchanging requirements. Stay up to date with regulatory changes andtrends affecting our target industries. Engage with customers tounderstand their compliance needs and gather feedback. Prioritizefeatures based on business value and customer priorities. Createdetailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptancecriteria. Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams tobuild and enhance product features. Ensure product compliance withrelevant regulations and standards. Provide subject matterexpertise and guidance to internal teams and customers. Workclosely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-marketstrategies. Create compelling product positioning, messaging, andcollateral with Product Marketing Support sales efforts throughproduct presentations and customer meetings. Monitor productperformance and user satisfaction. Identify areas for improvementand drive continuous enhancement of the product. WHAT YOU WILLBRING: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science,Engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degreepreferred. 5 years of experience in product management, preferablyin a SaaS or compliance-related environment. Strong understandingof regulatory compliance requirements and challenges in ProcurementExcellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analyticaland problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in afast-paced, dynamic environment.
