The Customer Problem

By providing robust datasets and intuitive dashboards, we help our customers manage case backlogs, assess team performance and throughput, and evaluate the effectiveness of their screening and monitoring controls. We're searching for someone with a sharp focus on customer experience, robust data and analytical prowess, and a passion for problem-solving skills. Join us in revolutionising how financial institutions detect and manage risks, making the financial world a safer, more transparent place.

In this pivotal position, you will:

  • Define and champion the vision and strategic roadmap for the Insights squad, including analytics, integrations and AI-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with leaders of customer-facing products, as well as with commercial teams and key customers, to develop and execute a roadmap that enhances data access, drives adoption and revenue growth, and meets emerging use cases.
  • Work side-by-side with Software Engineers, Data Engineers and other Product Managers to support the development launch of new product features.
  • Work closely with your squad to articulate and implement a cohesive technical and product strategy that revolutionises how we deliver insights to our clients and other internal teams.
  • Spearhead initiatives to integrate machine learning and AI technologies to refine and enhance the user experience and efficiency.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team collaborations to ensure alignment on product development goals and timely delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to keep our product offerings innovative and competitive.
  • Advocate for the user experience, ensuring that our interfaces are intuitive and empower customers to leverage our data effectively.

The Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a data-driven or SaaS environment.
  • Experience, or strong knowledge of, working with data, APIs, and integrations.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and SQL.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities paired with outstanding communication skills in English
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, adept at navigating complex relationships and aligning various interests to achieve business objectives
  • Highly motivated individual who takes pride in their work and plays an active role in fostering a collaborative and informal work environment
  • Proven track record in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-scale systems that prioritise scalability, reliability, and a high-quality user experience
  • Skilled at synthesising feedback from various sources to improve data tools and processes continuously
  • Deals well with ambiguity and can easily handle multiple competing priorities simultaneously

Nice to have experience:

  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
  • Experience using AI to derive insights from data
  • Understanding of ETL and data pipelines
  • Experience working in a scale-up
