We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Manager for Compliance and regulations to join our UK dynamic team. The Product Manager will be responsible for identifying and monitoring procurement related compliance and regulations, to then convert them into our Source to Pay solution. You will have to ensure they meet the customer’s expectations and allow them to comply with their country or industry laws. This role requires a deep understanding of regulated markets (public or semi-public sector, Manufacturing, Life Sciences,), familiarity with procurement practices, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for regulatory related features and capabilities within JAGGAER Source to Pay Solution.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis, monitor closely governments’ regulations to identify early the new or changing requirements. Stay up to date with regulatory changes and trends affecting our target industries.
  • Engage with customers to understand their compliance needs and gather feedback.
  • Prioritize features based on business value and customer priorities.
  • Create detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to build and enhance product features.
  • Ensure product compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to internal teams and customers.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Create compelling product positioning, messaging, and collateral with Product Marketing
  • Support sales efforts through product presentations and customer meetings.
  • Monitor product performance and user satisfaction.
  • Identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of the product.


WHAT YOU WILL BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS or compliance-related environment.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and challenges in Procurement
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
