JobTitle: Management Accountant

Reporting to our Finance Directorwe are hiring a Management Accountant to join our team of eight incentral Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity for aselfmotivated and enthusiastic individual with excellent attentionto detail and communication skills. As a Management Accountant youwill oversee the BAU tasks of the Accounting function within thefinance team ensuring month end is delivered on time and to a highlevel of accuracy. The finance team operates within a fastpacedenvironment and therefore we are looking for someone who is keen toget stuck into the role learn & take on responsibility.

Objectives &Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for deliveringmonth end including posting journals ensuring accuracy of theledger and managing deadlines within the Accountingteam

• Implementingaccounting policies and procedures and ensuring that these areadhered to.

• Overseeingbalance sheet reconciliations to ensure a controlled environment.

• Monthly payroll processincludingjournals.

• Monthly VATreturns.

• R&D taxcredits.

• Providing support& mentoring to the Financial Accountant and AssistantAccountant.

• Liasing withthe FP&A Manager particularly during the month endprocess.

• Assisting withthe annualaudit.

• Assisting with duediligence through major share issues and investmentrounds
