Reporting to ourFinance Director we are hiring a Management Accountant to join ourteam of eight in central Bristol. This is an exciting opportunityfor a selfmotivated and enthusiastic individual with excellentattention to detail and communication skills. As a ManagementAccountant you will oversee the BAU tasks of the Accountingfunction within the finance team ensuring month end is delivered ontime and to a high level of accuracy. Objectives& Responsibilities:

- Responsibilityfor delivering month end including posting journals ensuringaccuracy of the ledger and managing deadlines within the Accountingteam
- Implementingaccounting policies and procedures and ensuring that these areadhered to.
- Overseeingbalance sheet reconciliations to ensure a controlledenvironment.
- Monthlypayroll process includingjournals.
- Providing support& mentoring to the Financial Accountant and AssistantAccountant.
- Liasing withthe FP&A Manager particularly during the month endprocess.
- Assisting withthe annualaudit.
- Assisting with duediligence through major share issues and investmentrounds
