About SolveAI

SolveAI empowers enterprise business users to solve their most critical problems by enabling them to build custom full-stack applications through natural language conversations. Our product is designed for non-technical business users, those closest to the problems, allowing them to turn their insights into production-ready, enterprise-grade solutions.

We integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise tech stacks while adhering to strict IT security and compliance standards, giving organizations the freedom to innovate without compromising system integrity, maintainability, or data protection.

Our approach is rooted in an enterprise-first philosophy and a problem-solving mindset, ensuring that we create scalable, compliant, and high-impact solutions tailored to each customer's environment.

We create a future where building enterprise software is as natural as having a conversation!

What We Offer

  • High-impact environment: Join a company shaping the future of enterprise software, working with a team that's redefining how AI meets real-world business needs

  • Ownership and visibility: In a small, high-performing team, the impact of your work isn't theoretical - it actively shapes the company's direction

  • Empowerment through innovation: Use cutting-edge AI tools internally. You'll be working with the same technology we deliver to enterprises

About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with our enterprise customers, embedding within their organizations to solve their most critical problems. You'll be on the front lines, understanding customer challenges first-hand, rapidly prototyping solutions, and delivering immediate, tangible value.

As an FDE, you'll bridge the gap between our product and real-world enterprise needs. You'll reverse-engineer solutions to complex problems, adapt to whatever technology or constraints you encounter, and distill learnings back into our core product. This role is for engineers who are energized by delivering practical outcomes to real people, not just building for the sake of building.

To understand customer needs and workflows, FDEs may spend extended periods at customer locations, which could be national and/or international and might take you anywhere from offices and co-working space to data centers. This could be as much as 50-75% of your time.

Responsibilities

  • Embed with enterprise customers to deeply understand their operational challenges and data environments.

  • Rapidly design, prototype, and deliver solutions that create immediate value, often within days as opposed to months.

  • Adapt to diverse tech stacks, working with whatever infrastructure and systems the customer has in place.

  • Translate customer learnings and patterns into product improvements that benefit all users.

  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Handle ambiguity with confidence. You'll often be given a problem and expected to figure out the best path forward.

Requirements

We're looking forsolid engineers who can write good code - not solution architects who talk like engineers, but people who can actually build. You don't need to be the best engineer on the team, but you need to be credible.

Beyond technical ability, we're looking for:

  • Adaptability: No strong opinions on specific technologies or approaches. You thrive when thrown into unfamiliar environments and can work with whatever's in front of you.

  • Resourcefulness: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making pragmatic trade-offs under pressure. You know what matters for a weekend prototype vs. a production system.

  • Value orientation: You're motivated by delivering real outcomes to real people. The projects that have energized you most are ones where you've seen tangible impact, not academic exercises or side projects only you use.

  • Communication skills: Ability to resonate with customers, understand their problems, and explain solutions clearly.

Prior FDE experience is valuable, but we're equally excited about smart, motivated engineers who identify with this role and want to make the jump.

Why SolveAI

At SolveAI, you'll work alongside a team that's spent decades solving the hardest enterprise challenges, from operational inefficiencies to data fragmentation. As an FDE, you'll be at the frontline, seeing first-hand how our product transforms the way that enterprises operate.

If you want to see real change in the world, care deeply about value add, and thrive when given ownership in unfamiliar environments, we'd love to hear from you.

Where to Advertise AI Jobs in the UK (2026 Guide)

Advertising AI jobs in the UK requires a different approach to most technical hiring. The candidate pool is small, highly informed and in demand across multiple sectors simultaneously. General job boards reach a broad audience but lack the specificity that AI professionals expect — and the filtering mechanisms they rely on. Specialist platforms, direct outreach and academic channels each serve a different part of the market. This guide, published by ArtificialIntelligenceJobs.co.uk, covers where to advertise AI roles in the UK in 2026, how the main platforms compare, what employers should expect to pay, and what the data says about time-to-hire across different role types.

AI Jobs UK 2026: What to Expect Over the Next 3 Years

Artificial intelligence is creating jobs faster than the market can name them. New roles are appearing every quarter, existing titles are splitting into specialisms, and the technologies underpinning it all are evolving at a pace that makes even last year's job descriptions feel dated. For job seekers, this presents a genuinely unusual challenge. In most industries, career planning means understanding a relatively stable landscape and working out where you fit within it. In AI, the landscape itself is being redrawn in real time. The roles with the most hiring activity in 2028 may not yet have a widely agreed job title in 2026. That's not a reason to feel overwhelmed — it's a reason to get informed. The candidates who thrive in this market aren't necessarily those with the longest CVs or the most credentials. They're the ones who understand the direction of travel: which skills are gaining value, which technologies are driving employer decisions, and how the definition of an "AI job" is expanding well beyond the tech sector. This article breaks down what the UK AI jobs market is likely to look like over the next three years — covering emerging job titles, the technologies reshaping hiring, the skills employers are prioritising, and how to position yourself ahead of the curve rather than behind it.

New AI Employers to Watch in 2026: UK and Global Companies Reshaping AI Careers

The artificial intelligence job market in the UK is evolving at an extraordinary pace. With record-breaking investment, government backing, and a surge in enterprise adoption, the landscape of AI employers is shifting rapidly. For candidates exploring opportunities on ArtificialIntelligenceJobs.co.uk, understanding who is hiring next is just as important as understanding what skills are in demand. In this article, we explore the new and emerging AI employers to watch in 2026, focusing on organisations that have recently secured funding, won major contracts, or expanded their UK footprint. From cutting-edge startups to global giants doubling down on Britain, these companies represent the next wave of AI career opportunities.
