About the job

I'm currently recruiting for an agentic AI company rebuilding the regulatory and operational reporting stack for global financial and energy markets. The business replaces fragmented manual processes with AI agents that reason about rules, reconcile data, and resolve exceptions end‑to‑end, and is already working with leading financial institutions and European energy market participants.

About the Role

They are hiring a Forward AI Engineer to own client engagements end‑to‑end. You'll lead client calls and workshops, scope requirements, define delivery plans, and drive technical teams through to delivery. This is a highly client‑facing role where you shape AI solutions, challenge estimates, and translate business needs into clear technical direction. You don't need to write production code, but you must be technically credible in modern AI.

Requirements

You'll have experience running client‑facing technical projects end‑to‑end, including scoping, planning, milestones, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Near‑native French is essential, with confidence leading meetings and producing written deliverables in French. You'll also bring strong AI literacy across RAG, multi‑agent systems, and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.

Nice to Have

Hands‑on AI engineering experience, exposure to agentic platforms such as Claude, experience in financial or regulatory reporting, familiarity with smaller or domain‑specific models, and cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) are all strong advantages.

Soft Skills

Strong stakeholder management, clear ownership of outcomes, the ability to translate between business and technical audiences, and a pragmatic delivery mindset are key to success in this role.

Where to Advertise AI Jobs in the UK (2026 Guide)

Where to advertise AI jobs UK in 2026: the specialist boards and communities that reach AI engineers, ML scientists and applied research talent in the UK. The candidate pool is small, highly informed and in demand across multiple sectors simultaneously. General job boards reach a broad audience but lack the specificity that AI professionals expect — and the filtering mechanisms they rely on. Specialist platforms, direct outreach and academic channels each serve a different part of the market. This guide, published by ArtificialIntelligenceJobs.co.uk, covers where to advertise AI roles in the UK in 2026, how the main platforms compare, what employers should expect to pay, and what the data says about time-to-hire across different role types.
