AI Specialist / Generative AI Developer

Location: Full remote
Salary: £55,000 + benefits
Start Date: ASAP

We're looking for an AI Specialist / Generative AI Developer to help deliver AI solutions that improve productivity, automation and innovation across the business. Working within the Digital Innovation team, you'll design, build and support AI-powered tools using technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and the Power Platform

What You'll Do
  • Develop and deploy AI-powered business solutions.
  • Build Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio agents.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and deliver AI use cases.
  • Support AI governance, security and compliance requirements.
  • Create user guidance and training materials.
  • Troubleshoot and continuously improve deployed solutions.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in AI, automation, analytics or technology solutions.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents and prompt engineering.
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform or similar technologies.
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
Desirable
  • Azure AI Services or Azure OpenAI experience.
  • Power Automate knowledge.
  • Python, SQL or API integration experience.
  • Microsoft AI, Azure or Power Platform certifications
