Shape the future of AI across our enterprise

As our Artificial Intelligence Enterprise Architect, you’ll play a pivotal role in defining and delivering Cadent’s AI vision and strategy. You will be designing solutions but also shaping how AI is adopted responsibly, securely and at scale across the organization, ensuring it delivers meaningful business value both now and in the future.

Working at an enterprise level, you’ll create and communicate a clear, future‑proof AI strategy aligned to Cadent’s wider ambitions. You’ll define architectural principles, patterns and standards that enable scalable, reusable and sustainable solutions, while guiding delivery teams through target and transition architectures that support a prioritised roadmap.

If you have experience setting up an AI target operating model, particularly establishing AI teams to prototype ideas and, where these demonstrate clear business value, transitioning them into production environments, this will be highly valuable. Equally important is the ability to manage associated risks and ensure appropriate governance throughout the lifecycle. With this expertise, you will play a key role in leading the build-out of Cadent’s AI capability at this exciting stage of growth.

This is a highly visible and influential role, partnering closely with senior leaders, enterprise architects, data teams, delivery teams and external suppliers. You’ll help shape Cadent’s architecture practice, drive best practice, and ensure investment decisions support long-term strategic outcomes.

Why you'll love this role:

Enterprise Impact – Define and own the AI vision and strategy for Cadent.

End‑to‑End Ownership – Lead AI architecture from current state through to target state.

Technical Authority – Act as a recognised expert governing AI adoption.

Strategic Influence – Partner with senior leaders and technical teams.

Future‑Focused Innovation – Embed ethical, secure and scalable AI solutions.

What you'll bring: AI & Architecture Expertise – Extensive experience designing enterprise‑wide AI architectures.

Strategic Vision – Ability to translate business strategy into architecture and roadmaps.

Governance & Ethics – Strong understanding of responsible and secure AI.

Technical Breadth – Expertise across Data and Analytics, Cloud, DevOps and AI platforms and environments.

Stakeholder Confidence – Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and manage stakeholder expectations.

Professional Credentials – TOGAF, ITIL, cloud and AI certifications are desirable.

Where to Advertise AI Jobs in the UK (2026 Guide)

Where to advertise AI jobs UK in 2026: the specialist boards and communities that reach AI engineers, ML scientists and applied research talent in the UK. The candidate pool is small, highly informed and in demand across multiple sectors simultaneously. General job boards reach a broad audience but lack the specificity that AI professionals expect — and the filtering mechanisms they rely on. Specialist platforms, direct outreach and academic channels each serve a different part of the market. This guide, published by ArtificialIntelligenceJobs.co.uk, covers where to advertise AI roles in the UK in 2026, how the main platforms compare, what employers should expect to pay, and what the data says about time-to-hire across different role types.
