Your new role As the Technical Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the technical operations within our client's factory. Your responsibilities will include managing the maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and leading a team of skilled technicians. This role is predominantly factory-based, requiring hands-on involvement and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will work closely with other departments to optimise production processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of the facility. What you'll need to succeed To thrive in this role, you'll need a solid technical background and some good experience working in a factory setting. You'll be great at managing technical services and maintenance, and you'll know how to lead and motivate a team of technicians. Being proactive and having a knack for solving problems will be key, as well as having a good grasp of health and safety regulations. Strong communication skills will also help you work well with different departments and stakeholders. What you'll get in return In return for your hard work and dedication, you'll receive a competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000. You'll enjoy a stable work schedule, with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
