• Relationship Management: You won’t just be filling positions; you’ll be building long-term relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring repeat business and sustained success.
• Team Collaboration: Although you’ll lead the tech desk, you’ll work closely with the financial services team to identify and capitalise on cross-sector opportunities within the Benelux market.
