The Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be the driving force behind your desk's growth. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying Opportunities: Seek out and cultivate business opportunities within target clients and sectors.

• Business Development: Engage in proactive business development activities to drive new client acquisitions.

• Tailored Solutions: Provide bespoke recruitment and talent solutions to meet the needs of clients and candidates.

• Negotiation: Negotiate favourable terms of business to secure lucrative partnerships.

• Cross-Selling: Leverage our wider group offerings to enhance client relationships.

• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage high-calibre candidates within your technology specialism.

• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless experience for both active and passive candidates.

• Personal Branding: Develop a strong personal brand and in-depth knowledge within your sector.

Experience and Skills

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a 360 recruitment role focusing on Data, AI, or Machine Learning.

• Proven experience in business development and establishing new client partnerships.

• Solid understanding of recruitment and sourcing processes.

• A track record of meeting and exceeding financial targets and revenue goals.

• Familiarity with our core technology markets, including Data, AI, Machine Learning, and Cyber Security.
