PRODUCT DESIGNERS - NEW PERM ROLE ALERT! £65-90k DOE HYBRID/LONDON Ai Driven Fitness Trainer Start-up or Scale-up Experience requiredYou'll be working on an Ai driven fitness mirror that monitor your workouts in real-time while you exercise alongside a personal trainer displayed on the screen. You can see both yourself and the trainer, making it easy to match your form to theirs.Artificial Intelligence is embedded in the mirror that corrects your form in real-time, counts your reps as you perform them, and provides live feedback for a fully personalised workout experience. It even suggests when to adjust your weights based on your progress and form quality score.The product is focused on creating something that can truly replace a human personal trainer—much like how self-driving cars could one day replace drivers. That's the technology being developed. Our focus is on hyper-personalisation.We're on the lookout for a savvy Sr. Product Designer to join them. You'll be the one that leads the discovery sessions, defines the experience for the mirror application, shapes the website, marketing and hardware assets as well as applying the compelling visuals.Skills needed:Extensive experience in product design or UI/UX design within a startup / high growth environmentDemonstrated experience of creating and managing design systems and design assetsHighly product minded with a good understanding of how to build productsProficient working in scrum agile methodology (EPICs / Stories)Able to excel across design lifecycle from insights > concepts > Prototype > user testing.Be super skilled at evaluating and implementing design systems to facilitate effective communication with developersOpportunity to potentially assume a leadership role as the design team expandsNice to HavesExperience in designing software for Human Machine Interfaces, such as smart appliances (e.G., fridges and microwaves), in-car displays, and preferably smart mirrorsExperience designing physical products, not just softwarePassion for fitness, ideally with experience building fitness products and working outHaving a deep understanding of behavioural psychology and human-computer interaction patterns Get in touch of this sounds like you!At Pixelated People, we don’t just do inclusion and diversity.
