About the Role
We are looking for aJunior FullStack Developerto join our growing product team. You will work across both frontend and backend development helping build and maintain features that enhance our platforms functionality and user experience. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow in a purposedriven organization that is shaping the future of work through technology and coaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • FullStack developmentContribute to building and maintaining web applications & APIs using TypeScript React React Native Node.js and databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
  • CollaborationWork closely with senior developers product managers and designers to deliver userfriendly features.
  • Testing & debuggingWrite unit tests and debug issues to improve application performance and reliability.
  • Learning & growthStay up to date with industry trends best practices and new technologies to continuously improve your skills.

Requirements

  • Experience:02 years of fullstack development experience (internships projects or freelance work count!.
  • Technical proficiency:Basic knowledge of JavaScript TypeScript React.js Node.js and database management.
  • Frontend skills:Understanding of HTML CSS and responsive design principles.
  • Backend skills:Familiarity with API development RESTful services and database interactions.
  • ProblemSolving mindset:Eager to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges.
  • Collaboration & communication:Strong ability to work in a team ask questions and share ideas.
  • Adaptability:Willingness to learn new technologies and take on challenges across the stack.

NicetoHave skills

  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS GCP or Azure).
  • Experience with version control systems like Git/GitHub.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles.
  • Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest Cypress or similar).
  • Exposure to React Native
  • Exposure to GraphQL
