Come and help them shape what we build next! What you’ll bedoing: - You’ll lead a cross-functional team to build and growproducts to support our customers in their journey of buying andowning a home. You’ll look at our existing funnels to identify whatis and isn’t working; you’ll build a deep understanding of customerneeds and where we could do more to meet them; and you’ll combinethis commercial and customer context with regulatory and technicalperspectives. You’ll use this to set a product strategy. - You’llcommunicate effectively with people of all levels of seniority.You’ll get people inspired by the product vision and you’ll sharethe right context with the right people at the right time. - You’lllead planning processes and associated roadmap prioritisation toget your team working on the highest impact priorities thatcontribute to wider business goals. - You’ll work iteratively andcollaboratively with design, engineering, research, data science,product marketing, compliance and many others to refine your planand execute against it effectively. - You’ll help to shape productstrategy across Monzo by sharing insights from your work. -Ideating with engineers and designers on different approaches tomaking the remortgage experience seamless - Leading a workshop withyour team to hypothesise new experiments you could run to increaseconversion - Presenting a new product feature to stakeholders atProduct Review and gathering feedback and challenge - Planning andjoining research calls to better understand how people are savingfor their first home today - Speaking to data privacy specialiststo understand what data we can and can’t collect in the onboardingjourney You should apply if: - You’ve got extensive experience ofshipping successful, customer-centric digital products in a fastgrowing company. - You start from first principles.
