Senior ML Engineer – AI & MLOps

We are looking for a Senior ML Engineer to join a forward-thinking team working on cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions. This is a hands-on, engineering-heavy role focused on MLOps, LLMs, and NLP, perfect for someone who enjoys building scalable AI infrastructure rather than traditional research-focused machine learning.

The Role:

• Build and optimise scalable ML pipelines and AI infrastructure
• Work on LLM-focused projects – fine-tuning, retrieval systems, prompt engineering
• Develop and deploy ML models using AWS and Python
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions
• Focus on MLOps best practices – deployment, monitoring, and optimisation

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong Python & AWS expertise
• Proven experience in MLOps – scalable infrastructure, deployment, monitoring
• NLP & LLM experience – prompt engineering, retrieval systems
• Engineering-first mindset – ability to solve business problems with technical solutions
• Start-up or fast-paced environment experience preferred
