Overview
As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be an integral part of our project teams, working closely on the design, implementation, and deployment of comprehensive, end-to-end data solutions for our enterprise clients. We’re looking for someone with a strong background in technical concepts and architecture—experience that will be essential to identifying business inefficiencies, gathering user requirements, and recommending impactful improvements. With a solid grasp of technical aspects, you’ll be able to translate complex requirements into practical solutions, helping clients drive engagement and achieve data self-sufficiency. Prior technical experience is highly valued for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with technical teams in Data Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, AI/GenAI, and software engineering, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Gather and document detailed requirements from stakeholders, conducting a thorough analysis to uncover underlying business needs and opportunities.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling way, bridging the gap between business and technology.
- Support agile delivery by ensuring that requirements are understood and implemented in iterative cycles, adapting to evolving project goals.
- Partner with project managers and delivery leads to ensure solutions align with client objectives, on time and within scope.

Experience Required
- 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst within a data consultancy, technology, or analytics-focused environment.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering and analysis for complex technical projects involving cross-functional teams.
- Strong background in Agile project delivery, with practical knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Client-facing experience with a history of effectively managing relationships and delivering impactful solutions.
Advantageous Skills
- Familiarity with SQL and data modeling for understanding data requirements and validating solutions is highly advantageous.
- Experience delivering end-to-end data solutions in areas such as Data Engineering,
- Data Science, Analytics, or Business Intelligence for enterprise-level clients.
