Senior Data Business Analyst - Insurance3 month contract (likely to extend to 6 months)Inside IR35Jan start dateHybrid / LondonOverview:Akkodis are partnering with a highly reputable brand in the Insurance sector who are looking to hire an experienced Senior Data Business Analyst to provide Business Analysis and Data Architecture support for a major transformation programme.Responsibilities:Document detailed business requirements and specifications and ensure these are agreed at all levels throughout the business.Ensure that data is ingested, interfaced, transformed and disseminated in a manner that preserves granularity and lineage, meets the needs of colleagues in the Information, Analytics and Data Governance spaces and is compliant, robust and future proofIdentify appropriate solutions under the guidance of enterprise and solution architecture and subject matter experts.Contribute to the Data Architecture / Governance project control gate, to help projects align to the overall Data Strategy and to incrementally build out the future data landscapeExperience required:Must have proven Senior Business Analyst experience supporting projects from a Data perspective, helping to build Data ArchitectureAbsolutely must have proven London Market insurance experienceMust have experience gathering Data requirements and collation of these to inform the future direction of data capabilitiesPrevious experience working with Analytics and Data Scientists with awareness of areas such as Machine Learning etc.Experience in the design and implementation of dashboards and reporting as well as creation of Data Warehouses, Data Lakes and data repositoriesExperience of MS Azure cloud based technologiesDeadline for CV submission is Wednesday 27th November so please apply before then.Modis International Ltd acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers in the UK.
