Sales Manager / Sales Performance Manager - £80k - £100k + Bonuses - High End Luxury Market - Discerning Clientele - Central London

This is a pure management role – no hands on day to day selling the incoming hire needs to be strategic, tactical, motivational, dynamic, structured, detailed & driven.

Our client is seeking a polished, high effective Sales Performance Manager / Sales Manager to lead a team of 10 in the sales function. The team are highly organised, well grounded, very well remunerated & have great level of expertise in the their field.

We are specifically looking for an individual from either a high end Hospitality, Events or 5* hotel background. But, this is NOT an Events or Hotel business so would suit someone looking to get out of the daily grind & into something completely different but very much in the luxury market. The role would very much suit someone who is at Director of Sales / Sales Director or a Head Of Sales role currently in a large scale Events or Luxury Hotel or similar environment.

We are looking for someone that sees themselves as an innovator/disrupter but also someone that has a track record of tactical decision making based on large volumes of data. The client employs a large team of highly skilled individuals in the tech department & has a cutting edge approach to their data science which feeds & drives the momentum in the sales team.

This is an OFFICE BASED role 5 days a week so you must be based within a sensible reach of Zone 1.

This significant group is privately owned but is going through a phase of hyper growth & so someone with a growth mindset is a prerequisite.

We are especially keen to invite applications from Sales Manager candidates that feel ready for a move out of hospitality & into a corporate lifestyle but also into something exciting with true autonomy, working with a team of highly skilled, polished sales professionals

This is a Sales Manager role that isn't going to be for everyone. It's aimed at a Sales Manager that is growing tired of the thankless corporate contingency and all of the daily tick box exercises and the paperwork that goes with it - or a sales Manager who think their only two options are to either take on a regional / multi site role role in their next move or get out of Hospitality all together. It's for a Sales Manager who knows that there is a lot more to running a Sales function business than just following ever stricter budgets & inflated, unobtainable targets & doing the same thing day in, day out. It's for those who want the term "my customers" to actually mean something. Perhaps most importantly it's for those in companies who don't want to lose the fire in their belly simply because their current company has got nothing else to offer them.
