Be the first person to lead sales and marketing within a growing professional services firm. Develop and manage new and existing client relationships to drive revenue. Oversee digital and social media marketing efforts to maximise brand exposure. Enjoy a highly competitive base salary with significant commission-based earning potential. The Role This is a dual-focused role that combines sales and marketing. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing referral partnerships, and leading marketing campaigns that elevate the company's profile and drive growth. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, referral partners, and industry contacts. Create and execute sales strategies that align with business growth goals. Manage and respond to client inquiries, provide estimates, and convert leads into new business. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive company expansion. Strengthen existing partnerships while also forging new strategic collaborations. Marketing & Brand Management Develop and oversee the company's multi-channel marketing campaigns. Manage social media platforms and paid advertising (PPC, sponsored content, and targeted campaigns). Oversee website content, blog posts, case studies, and news articles to enhance brand visibility. Lead PR and advertising efforts, ensuring the company is positioned effectively in the professional services sector. Client Experience & Engagement Continuously evaluate and improve the customer journey to enhance retention and referrals. Implement strategies to collect and act on client feedback for service improvement. Develop initiatives to strengthen the firm's online reputation and credibility. What We're Looking For Proven track record in sales and business development, ideally within professional services. Experience using various marketing tools, including social media, PPC advertising, and paid digital campaigns. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with high-value clients and partners. Ability to develop, implement, and refine sales and marketing strategies. Highly motivated and results-focused, thriving in a target-driven environment. This role may be particularly appealing to candidates currently working as a business development manager, marketing and sales executive, partnerships manager, account manager, or commercial manager.
