Your Role
As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of global expansion, playing a crucial role in bringing AI-driven technology to elite sports teams, high-performance businesses, and organisations across various industries. You will connect with decision-makers, showcase the power of AI solutions, and drive business growth in an exciting, fast-paced environment. This is a Hybrid role with 2 days required to be at the office in Hertfordshire.
Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to drive revenue and market penetration.

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, from sports executives to business leaders, forming lasting partnerships.

  • Represent the company on a global stage, presenting at industry events and meetings with top-tier organizations.

  • Gain in-depth knowledge of AI solutions and effectively communicate their value to clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer success, and product teams, to align on strategies and deliver exceptional results.

  • Travel internationally to attend industry events, meet clients, and expand the company's reach.

What We Are Looking For
We seek passionate, driven professionals who are excited about the intersection of AI and performance optimization. If you enjoy presenting, selling, and making an impact in high-performance environments and have experience of selling at a senior level, this role is for you.
Must-Have Qualifications:


  • Minimum 4 years of experience in elite sport, high performance, or a related field.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.

  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for technology and performance optimization.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Understanding of B2B SaaS products and software solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in AI, machine learning, or technology-driven products.

  • Background in sports, high-performance organisations, or customer-facing roles.

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.

  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling insights.

  • Experience delivering keynote presentations or speaking at industry events.
