Job Description Oracle NetSuite is hiring a Principal Product Manager to join our global product team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to build the next generation of B2B and B2C payment products . This individual, as a key member of the Product Management team is responsible for the accounts receivables product area , will be the go-to person for key portions of the product including defining business requirements, working with scrum teams to translate these into technical tasks, and be responsible for the overall delivery of product features. An ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication, prioritization, cross-functional team collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Day to Day: Proactively define and drive the creation of new features that delight customers. Create use cases, user stories, and detailed product requirement documents that clearly articulate desired product functionality. Work with customers, top notch User Researchers, UX, Developers, QA, and Tech Writers to design solutions that delight our users. Deliver value not only to our customers but to our partners and others who develop on our platform. Build a deep understanding of the marketplace and competitive environment. Manage the product backlog and prioritize product enhancements, customer and partner requests by making smart, decisive tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and sound judgment. Partner with Marketing, Sales, Professional Services and Support to successfully go-to-market with our products and ensure a cohesive end-to-end customer experience. Experiences that lead to success in the position: Must be a self-motivated team player 3+ years of product management or engineering experience required Strong technical background through hands-on experience with software development lifecycle Knowledgeable in 1 or more of the following functional areas: Payment Processing, Electronic Payments, Billing, Order Management, Accounting, or complex partner integrations. BA Business Administration or BS Engineering required. Career Level - IC4 Responsibilities As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.
