The Role:
We are currently seeking a passionate and driven Service-Led Recruitment Consultant to join our Industrial team. As a key member of our recruitment division, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality recruitment solutions while providing outstanding service to our clients and candidates.
Key Duties:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Conduct thorough candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes to identify the best temporary talent for our clients.
- Become a market professional to both clients and candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial job briefing to offer negotiation and placement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices to provide informed advice and recommendations.
- Ensuring timely processing of timesheets and maintaining payroll records and reports
- Conducting regular compliance checks to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, ensuring all documents have been validated, identifying any issues or concerns, and maintaining records of checks
- Maintaining a pool of available temporary workforce, building positive relationships with our flexible workers

- Agency recruitment experience essential
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage with your clients and candidates alike
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
