We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the migration of a current machine learning credit risk solution to a future SAAS (Cloud) credit risk solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex software migration projects, particularly within the financial services sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and timelines. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Oversee the full migration of the current machine learning credit risk solution to a new SAAS (Cloud) solution. Manage the enhancement and migration of credit rules. Ensure seamless API integration with existing systems. Lead unit, integration, and end-to-end testing efforts. Oversee the extraction of daily and monthly data files. Ensure data integrity and security throughout the migration process. Plan and execute the decommissioning of the current solution. Ensure all legacy data and systems are properly archived or disposed of in accordance with company policies. A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field An additional course or certification in Business Consulting, Project management (waterfall, agile) Additional Technical Certifications: Scrum Master, PMP, Prince2 Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly. Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams. High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Proven experience in managing large-scale software migration projects, preferably in the financial services industry. Strong understanding of credit risk management and machine learning solutions. Experience with SAAS (Cloud) platforms and API integration. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. Familiarity with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
