LOCATION: Bracknell, UK Hybrid working - 3 days office based We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager with excellent Wi-Fi project experience, a strong understanding of project management methodologies, and excellent communication skills to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and managing Wi-Fi installation projects from inception to completion. Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to ensure timely delivery and quality. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, engineers, technicians, and vendors, to ensure project success. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Effectively communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to clients. Address client concerns and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives. Provide mentorship and training to team members. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that projects meet industry standards and client expectations. Conduct site surveys and inspections to verify installation quality. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during project execution. Essential Skills Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role. Strong understanding of Wi-Fi technologies, including IEEE standards, network topologies, and RF propagation. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience with Wi-Fi site surveys and RF planning tools. Certifications in Wi-Fi technologies (e.g., CWNP, CWSP) are a plus. Some experience of influencing and negotiations are a must along with experience of delivering projects in a matrix-managed team. Awareness in the principles, methods and techniques for the effective set-up and delivery of technical projects Desirable Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Knowledge of Ekahau Wi-Fi survey package. Knowledge of AirMagnet Wi-Fi survey package. Knowledge of NetSpot Wi-Fi survey package.
