Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Architecture and Data, the Enterprise Solutions Architect plays a pivotal role within Hyperoptic's T&I organisation, driving the alignment of our enterprise systems with the company's strategic vision. This individual takes an end to end perspective, ensuring that our systems are fit for purpose and meet or exceed business expectations. As key contributor to the definition and maintenance of our enterprise architecture, the Enterprise Solutions Architect will take ownership of specific areas ensuring that design decisions made are robust and efficient. Collaboration is at the heart of this role with a deep commitment to working with the business and technology stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions whilst maintaining high standards of security and data integrity.
What will you be doing?
Aligns the enterprise systems with the strategic vision of the company Work with business stakeholders to clarify and refine requirements aligned to business objectives Contribute to the definition and ongoing maintenance of the Hyperoptic Enterprise Architecture using pragmatic application of TMF standards (e.g. eTOM process map and SID data model) Takes ownership for one or more domains of the enterprise architecture (e.g. OSS, BSS) and work to continuously improve focusing on efficiency, security and data integrity Architectural lead for key digital transformation programmes Oversees and reviews design decisions to ensure consistency and alignment
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in solution architecture, software development, business analysis and/or similar domains Stakeholder & supplier management and mentorship experience Proven experience in ISP/Telco industry Experience in implementing enterprise-level OSS/BSS solutions Experience in Cloud Computing (e.g. AWS), Data Science and generative AI End to end experience of Software Delivery Lifecycle including Agile methodologies Strong influential and stakeholder management skills Strong drive and focus on results and delivery
