Technical Lead

Technical Team Lead (Python/AWS) | Hybrid – West London

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead (Python) to lead a talented multidisciplinary engineering teams.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on technical leader who enjoys building scalable products, mentoring engineers, and driving high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and mentoring a collaborative engineering team
• Driving sprint planning and prioritising backlog tasks
• Overseeing the development, testing, and deployment of software projects
• Ensuring code quality, scalability, and engineering best practices
• Collaborating closely with Product Managers and stakeholders
• Improving engineering processes and delivery standards
• Developing new features and supporting production systems
• Helping shape modern, cloud-based technical solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role
• Strong expertise in Python
• Experience with modern frameworks and engineering tools
• Strong AWS/cloud experience (AWS preferred)
• Experience with Data Platforms, ETLs, or Data Science environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving ability

Location

Hybrid – West London, Hounslow (2 days per week onsite)
