This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior, high-impact product role at a scaling, science-led technology business. You will shape the future of a complex AI-driven product used in pharmaceutical research, moving it from strong foundations to a more mature, commercially aligned product offering with a clear go-to-market strategy.

The Company
They are a venture-backed, Series A technology business operating at the intersection of life sciences, data science and artificial intelligence. Their platform applies AI and natural language processing to unlock insights from vast volumes of scientific data, supporting more efficient and informed drug discovery. The organisation is founder-led, mission-driven and entering an exciting phase of growth, with a highly experienced leadership team and a collaborative, ego-free culture.

The Role
As Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of product strategy and roadmap definition, elevating product maturity and ensuring delivery of meaningful, real-world value for customers in pharmaceutical R and D. • Refining product foundations, processes, tools and operating principles
  • Translating complex customer needs into clear, prioritised product opportunities
  • Partnering with engineering to connect product vision to technical delivery
  • Bringing a strong go-to-market mindset to product development
  • Tracking and optimising product performance against commercial KPIs
  • Supporting the development of future product iterations and new market opportunities

Your Skills and Experience

  • Strong end-to-end product management experience across the full product lifecycle
  • Proven ability to define and execute product strategy in a complex technology environment
  • Experience working with data, AI or advanced analytics products
  • Commercially minded, with exposure to go-to-market planning and execution
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, scaling environments
  • Able to mentor and uplift other product managers without formal line management
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams
  • Exposure to life sciences, pharma, biotech or adjacent sectors is beneficial but not essential

What They Offer

  • Salary of £105,000 plus benefits
  • Share options and company performance bonus
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity leave, plus strong sick leave provision
  • Remote-first working across the UK
  • Clear progression for someone aspiring to step into a Head of Product role
  • The chance to work on genuinely meaningful technology alongside world-class scientists and engineers

Where to Advertise AI Jobs in the UK (2026 Guide)

Where to advertise AI jobs UK in 2026: the specialist boards and communities that reach AI engineers, ML scientists and applied research talent in the UK. The candidate pool is small, highly informed and in demand across multiple sectors simultaneously. General job boards reach a broad audience but lack the specificity that AI professionals expect — and the filtering mechanisms they rely on. Specialist platforms, direct outreach and academic channels each serve a different part of the market. This guide, published by ArtificialIntelligenceJobs.co.uk, covers where to advertise AI roles in the UK in 2026, how the main platforms compare, what employers should expect to pay, and what the data says about time-to-hire across different role types.

AI Jobs UK 2026: What to Expect Over the Next 3 Years

AI Jobs UK 2026: roles, salaries and the generative AI, machine learning and applied AI hiring trends shaping UK artificial intelligence careers. Artificial intelligence is creating jobs faster than the market can name them. New roles are appearing every quarter, existing titles are splitting into specialisms, and the technologies underpinning it all are evolving at a pace that makes even last year's job descriptions feel dated. For job seekers, this presents a genuinely unusual challenge. In most industries, career planning means understanding a relatively stable landscape and working out where you fit within it. In AI, the landscape itself is being redrawn in real time. The roles with the most hiring activity in 2028 may not yet have a widely agreed job title in 2026. That's not a reason to feel overwhelmed — it's a reason to get informed. The candidates who thrive in this market aren't necessarily those with the longest CVs or the most credentials. They're the ones who understand the direction of travel: which skills are gaining value, which technologies are driving employer decisions, and how the definition of an "AI job" is expanding well beyond the tech sector. This article breaks down what the UK AI jobs market is likely to look like over the next three years — covering emerging job titles, the technologies reshaping hiring, the skills employers are prioritising, and how to position yourself ahead of the curve rather than behind it.
