Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption.

We have partnered with 1,500+ companies to deliver a new kind of learning that's transforming today’s workforce.

Our upskilling apprenticeships are designed for people of any age and career stage to build critical AI, data, and tech skills. Our learners have driven $2bn+ ROI for their employers, using the skills they’ve learned to improve productivity and measurable performance.

In June 2022, we announced a $220 million Series D funding round co-led by StepStone Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst. With a post-money valuation of $1.7bn, the round makes us the UK’s first EdTech unicorn.

But we aren’t stopping there. With a strong operational footprint and 800+ employees, we have ambitious plans to continue scaling. We’re building a world where tech skills unlock people’s potential and output.

Join Multiverse and power our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era.

The Mission & The Squad

Multiverse is now doubling down hard on AI and we've just launched a groundbreaking AI Adoption Platform to lead the charge.
You'll be joining the Adoption AI Team: a small, high-velocity squad operating like a startup inside Multiverse. We're building a category-defining product from scratch, leveraging our massive customer base and IP to deliver personalised, role-specific AI use cases to the enterprise.
Our MVP already showed 10x adoption results in early pilots. Now we're building the engine to scale it to the world, and that's where you come in.

We're building a full suite of products that enable AI Transformation for businesses, unlocking the real power of AI across the enterprise workforce. These aren't roadmap items; they're greenfield builds that will define how organisations adopt AI at scale.

You'll be leading two PMs on this squad, working under our VP Product, and paired with a dedicated engineering pod, who are supercharged engineers equipped with cutting-edge AI coding tools to massively accelerate the build velocity.

The Ask

We're looking for a player-coach: someone who can set the strategic direction in the morning and build a prototype with their team in the afternoon. This isn't a 'delegate and review' kind of role.

In your first 6 months, you'll:

  • Own the Product Strategy: Work closely with the VP of Product to define and articulate the vision for our AI Adoption Platform. You'll shape the 'why' and the 'what', translating business goals and customer insights into a clear, compelling product direction that the whole company can rally behind.

  • Drive the Roadmap: Take full ownership of planning and executing the product roadmap across the entire platform suite. You'll make the hard prioritisation calls, manage dependencies, and keep delivery moving at pace, without sacrificing quality.

  • Lead & Grow Your Team: Directly manage two PMs (with more to come), setting them up to do the best work of their careers. You'll run regular 1:1s, give honest feedback, coach them through ambiguity, and actively invest in their professional growth.

  • Move from MVP to Scale: Take our high-performing pilot and lead the build-out of our core product suite, before expanding into the wider platform.

  • Build & Lead by Example: This isn't just a leadership role, you build. You'll use AI tools to prototype and ship alongside your team. Your PMs should look at you and know exactly what 'great' looks like.

  • Influence Across the Business: Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, GTM, and senior leadership to define how the world adopts AI and make sure the right people are always in the loop.

About You

You're a builder who's grown into a leader, but you haven't lost the instinct to get your hands dirty. You think in prototypes, lead with clarity, and bring your team along with you rather than delegating from a distance.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Have taken a B2B product from 0 to 1, youknow what it takes to build something commercially successful from scratch, and you've got the scars (and the wins) to prove it

  • Love building in ambiguity and have the grit to iterate your way to clarity and help your team do the same

  • Get genuinelyexcited about AI, not the hype, but the real, practical use cases that change how people work

  • Are anatural people leader, you give direct feedback, develop your team intentionally, and create an environment where people do the best work of their careers

  • Havestrong opinions, loosely held, you can defend a decision, update your view when the data changes, and bring others along either way

  • Want toshape something early-stage from the top, you're not here to manage a roadmap that someone else built

Our North Stars

Here's how great PMs operate on our team:

  • Solve for Customer Value: We don't build AI for the sake of AI. You'll obsess over role-specific use cases that solve real pain points for our enterprise customers.

  • Drivers, Not Passengers: You're an owner. In a startup environment, there's no 'them', only 'us.' You lead the solution, bring others along, and don't wait for permission to fix a friction point.

  • Be Decisive, Even in Ambiguity: Speed is our strategy. You'll launch 'imperfect' solutions, test them in the wild, and course-correct based on real adoption data.

  • AI to Deliver Outcomes: AI is our engine, for our product and for how you work. You treat Ai tools as core parts of your toolkit, not optional extras.

  • Outcome-Driven Delivery: You consistently make the right technical trade-offs to deliver customer value quickly, without sacrificing quality.

What You'll Bring

  • 0→1 Product Experience: You've built a commercially successful B2B product from scratch. You know what it takes to go from a blank canvas to a product that customers love and pay for and you've done it.

  • People Leadership: You've managed and mentored PMs before. You know how to coach, give honest feedback, run performance reviews, and help people grow, without micromanaging them.

  • Hiring Instinct: You've built teams before, or you're ready to. You know what 'great' looks like in a PM and you can sell the vision to attract the right people.

  • Product Strategy Chops: You can hold the big picture and the detail at the same time. You're comfortable working with VP-level stakeholders to define strategy, and equally comfortable getting into the weeds of a feature with your team.

  • Building Skills: Hands-on experience building prototypes using AI tools. This is non-negotiable. You lead by doing.

  • Stakeholder Management: You know who needs to know what, and when. You communicate proactively, build trust across the business, and never let anyone be caught off guard.

  • B2B Edge: Strong experience in B2B or B2B2C product management. You understand enterprise customers, commercial dynamics, and how to build for buyers and users at the same time.

  • Technical Craft: Familiarity with full-stack environments (ideally AWS and React). You can navigate the stack, speak credibly with engineering, and know when to push back on technical decisions.

  • Exceptional Communication:The ability to sell a vision, to a room of engineers, a table of execs, or a prospective hire. You adapt your message to the audience and make the complex feel simple

Not Our Vibe

We want to be upfront about what won't work here:

  • Corporate Bureaucrats: If you need a 50-page PRD and three months of committee meetings to make a decision, this isn't the squad for you.

  • Hands-Off Leaders: If your idea of product leadership is delegating everything and reviewing output, you'll struggle here. We need someone who builds alongside their team.

  • Passive Observers: We need people who get their hands dirty. If you don't want to prototype or engage deeply with the tech stack, you won't thrive here.

  • AI Sceptics: If you're not genuinely excited about using AI tools to accelerate your own work and shipping velocity, this role isn't the right fit.

The Interview Process

  • 1.Recruiter Screen: A first introduction to your experience, motivators, and a chance to learn more about Multiverse and our AI Adoption product.

  • 2.Hiring Manager Intro Interview: A deep dive into your background and 'builder' mindset. Opportunity to understand the technical challenge, culture, and personal growth potential.

  • 3.The 'Building Assignment: A product exercise where you build and present a prototype using AI tools to 3-4 cross-functional stakeholders. This is where you get to shine. ✨

  • 4.Operating Principles Final: A final interview with senior leadership to assess alignment with our core behavioural principles and to explore the long-term vision together.

Benefits

  • Time off - 27 days holiday, plus 5 additional days off: 1 life event day, 2 volunteer days, 2 company-wide wellbeing days (M-Powered Weekend) and 8 bank holidays per year

  • Health & Wellness- private medical Insurance with Bupa, a medical cashback scheme, life insurance, gym membership & wellness resources through Wellhub and access to Spill - all in one mental health support

  • Hybrid work offering - for most roles we collaborate in the office three days per week with the exception of Coaches and Instructors who collaborate in the office once a month

  • Work-from-anywhere scheme- you'll have the opportunity to work from anywhere, up to 10 days per year

  • Space to connect: Beyond the desk, we make time for weekly catch-ups, seasonal celebrations, and have a kitchen that’s always stocked!

Where to Advertise AI Jobs in the UK (2026 Guide)

Advertising AI jobs in the UK requires a different approach to most technical hiring. The candidate pool is small, highly informed and in demand across multiple sectors simultaneously. General job boards reach a broad audience but lack the specificity that AI professionals expect — and the filtering mechanisms they rely on. Specialist platforms, direct outreach and academic channels each serve a different part of the market. This guide, published by ArtificialIntelligenceJobs.co.uk, covers where to advertise AI roles in the UK in 2026, how the main platforms compare, what employers should expect to pay, and what the data says about time-to-hire across different role types.

New AI Employers to Watch in 2026: UK and Global Companies Reshaping AI Careers

The artificial intelligence job market in the UK is evolving at an extraordinary pace. With record-breaking investment, government backing, and a surge in enterprise adoption, the landscape of AI employers is shifting rapidly. For candidates exploring opportunities on ArtificialIntelligenceJobs.co.uk, understanding who is hiring next is just as important as understanding what skills are in demand. In this article, we explore the new and emerging AI employers to watch in 2026, focusing on organisations that have recently secured funding, won major contracts, or expanded their UK footprint. From cutting-edge startups to global giants doubling down on Britain, these companies represent the next wave of AI career opportunities.

How Many AI Tools Do You Need to Know to Get an AI Job?

If you are job hunting in AI right now it can feel like you are drowning in tools. Every week there is a new framework, a new “must-learn” platform or a new productivity app that everyone on LinkedIn seems to be using. The result is predictable: job seekers panic-learn a long list of tools without actually getting better at delivering outcomes. Here is the truth most hiring managers will quietly agree with. They do not hire you because you know 27 tools. They hire you because you can solve a problem, communicate trade-offs, ship something reliable and improve it with feedback. Tools matter, but only in service of outcomes. So how many AI tools do you actually need to know? For most AI job seekers: fewer than you think. You need a tight core toolkit plus a role-specific layer. Everything else is optional. This guide breaks it down clearly, gives you a simple framework to choose what to learn and shows you how to present your toolset on your CV, portfolio and interviews.
