Multiverse is the upskilling platform for AI and Tech adoption.

We have partnered with 1,500+ companies to deliver a new kind of learning that's transforming today’s workforce.

Our upskilling apprenticeships are designed for people of any age and career stage to build critical AI, data, and tech skills. Our learners have driven $2bn+ ROI for their employers, using the skills they’ve learned to improve productivity and measurable performance.

In June 2022, we announced a $220 million Series D funding round co-led by StepStone Group, Lightspeed Venture Partners and General Catalyst. With a post-money valuation of $1.7bn, the round makes us the UK’s first EdTech unicorn.

But we aren’t stopping there. With a strong operational footprint and 800+ employees, we have ambitious plans to continue scaling. We’re building a world where tech skills unlock people’s potential and output.

Join Multiverse and power our mission to equip the workforce to win in the AI era.

The Opportunity

We are at an inflection point in our growth journey. Our platform now serves tens of thousands of learners, demand for AI skills is accelerating, and we are investing seriously in the product and technology that will take us to the next stage of scale. This is a role for someone who wants to build the engine that gets more people into transformative learning, faster.

The Role

We are looking for aSenior Product Manager who will own growth across the full learner funnel, from the first time a learner encounters Multiverse through to deep, sustained engagement with their programme. You will sit at the centre of a cross-functional team spanning product, engineering, design, and data science.

Growth at Multiverse is a product problem, not a marketing problem. You will own the metrics, set the strategy, run the experiments, and drive the outcomes. Increasingly, the answers to these problems run through AI, and this role owns it all.

What You’ll Own

Acquisition

  • Define and optimise the acquisition funnel from first touch to application, working across web, in-platform, and partner surfaces.

  • Identify high-leverage drop-off points and own the experimentation roadmap.

  • Improve matching and discovery through AI-powered recommendation and personalisation.

  • Collaborate with GTM, Operations, and Data teams to improve attribution and channel quality.

Activation

  • Own the onboarding experience to reduce time to value and improve early milestone completion.

  • Define and track benchmarks for a meaningful first week, month, and quarter.

  • Design product interventions and build AI-driven onboarding flows that adapt in real time to learner needs and behaviours.

Retention and Engagement

  • Own programme engagement metrics, including completion rates, attendance, and project submission.

  • Identify behavioural signals to proactively support at-risk learners.

  • Partner with AI teams to develop personalised learning experiences that adapt to individual pace and context.

  • Improve mechanisms for community and peer connection.

Messaging and Communications System

  • Own the end-to-end messaging system, including logic, content, and frequency management.

  • Build a personalisation framework for "nudges," celebrations, or interventions.

  • Operationalise AI-generated content at scale, defining guardrails and quality feedback loops.

  • Define metrics for messaging impact and run continuous improvement cycles.

Cross-functional Leadership

  • Build a shared growth model to give the product org visibility into funnel performance.

  • Champion a culture of hypothesis-led, structured experimentation.

  • Represent the growth perspective in roadmap conversations with senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For

The best candidates will have built and operated a growth function before, ideally in aB2B2C context. You should have hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features and the ability to navigate complexity without losing sight of the learner.

Must-have experience:

  • Substantial experience as a PM with a track record of improving measurable growth metrics (acquisition, activation, retention).

  • Confidence with data: pulling analysis, running cohort studies, and building dashboards.

  • Experience designing and running rigorous A/B and multivariate experiments.

  • Strong instincts for user experience and a focus on sustainable long-term strategies.

  • Ability to build alignment across cross-functional teams without formal authority.

  • Hands-on experience building products using AI/LLMs to generate or personalise content.

Strong signals we look for:

  • Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) in a B2B context.

  • Experience designing personalisation systems, including data models and trigger logic.

  • Previous work in a company that has scaled from hundreds to thousands of users.

  • A point of view on where AI genuinely improves outcomes versus creating noise.

How you work:

  • Direct about data, even when it challenges existing priorities.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to define structure in new spaces.

  • System-level thinker who takes completion seriously.

  • A bias for action: ship, measure, and iterate.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to work on a product that genuinely changes economic trajectories.

  • A team that takes craft seriously and holds a high bar.

  • Direct access to senior leadership and meaningful influence over product direction.

Benefits

  • Time off - 27 days holiday, plus 5 additional days off: 1 life event day, 2 volunteer days, 2 company-wide wellbeing days (M-Powered Weekend) and 8 bank holidays per year

  • Health & Wellness- private medical Insurance with Bupa, a medical cashback scheme, life insurance, gym membership & wellness resources through Wellhub and access to Spill - all in one mental health support

  • Hybrid work offering - for most roles we collaborate in the office three days per week with the exception of Coaches and Instructors who collaborate in the office once a month

  • Work-from-anywhere scheme- you'll have the opportunity to work from anywhere, up to 10 days per year

  • Space to connect: Beyond the desk, we make time for weekly catch-ups, seasonal celebrations, and have a kitchen that’s always stocked!

Our Commitment to Safeguarding

Multiverse is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our learners. Successful applicants will be required to undertake at least a Basic check via the Disclosure Barring Service (DBS).

Where to Advertise AI Jobs in the UK (2026 Guide)

Advertising AI jobs in the UK requires a different approach to most technical hiring. The candidate pool is small, highly informed and in demand across multiple sectors simultaneously. General job boards reach a broad audience but lack the specificity that AI professionals expect — and the filtering mechanisms they rely on. Specialist platforms, direct outreach and academic channels each serve a different part of the market. This guide, published by ArtificialIntelligenceJobs.co.uk, covers where to advertise AI roles in the UK in 2026, how the main platforms compare, what employers should expect to pay, and what the data says about time-to-hire across different role types.

New AI Employers to Watch in 2026: UK and Global Companies Reshaping AI Careers

From cutting-edge startups to global giants doubling down on Britain, these companies represent the next wave of AI career opportunities.

How Many AI Tools Do You Need to Know to Get an AI Job?

If you are job hunting in AI right now it can feel like you are drowning in tools. Every week there is a new framework, a new “must-learn” platform or a new productivity app that everyone on LinkedIn seems to be using. The result is predictable: job seekers panic-learn a long list of tools without actually getting better at delivering outcomes. Here is the truth most hiring managers will quietly agree with. They do not hire you because you know 27 tools. They hire you because you can solve a problem, communicate trade-offs, ship something reliable and improve it with feedback. Tools matter, but only in service of outcomes. So how many AI tools do you actually need to know? For most AI job seekers: fewer than you think. You need a tight core toolkit plus a role-specific layer. Everything else is optional. This guide breaks it down clearly, gives you a simple framework to choose what to learn and shows you how to present your toolset on your CV, portfolio and interviews.
