Job Description:

We have an immediate opening based out of our London or Cambridge office. This position is ideal for someone looking to work as part of a dynamic global team, supplementing our Sales representatives, Directors, and VPs to help them achieve their KPIs. This role offers the candidate the opportunity to have a direct impact on overall corporate success.

Our Sales Operations Executive team provide order processing and general operational support to the global sales teams. The successful applicant will be energetic, flexible to a dynamic workload, analytical, and highly organised. The candidate must be able to adjust their workflow due to numerous ad hoc requests and varying business needs. This position interacts regularly with numerous senior staff across several internal teams, so requires a confident and professional individual.

This is a hybrid role, and the expectation would be to work a minimum of 2 days a week in the London or Cambridge office.

What will I be doing:

  • Ensuring that all contracts closed are accurately uploaded onto the CRM system.

  • Input in deployment information, using knowledge gained from the technical side of the business to verify the validity of different combinations of products when inputting them into the system.

  • Input financial data which will feed into our financial database, Workday.

  • Ability to identify and use problem solving techniques in order to ensure complete deal and data accuracy at all times.

  • Constantly striving to look for ways to improve the speed and accuracy of the deal process.

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines at month end and work quickly and efficiently to ensure that all tasks are completed within the given time frame.

  • Process amendment letters and alterations to customer’s contracts.

  • Ability to build relationships with other teams including the Sales, Finance, Legal and Development team in order to increase process workflow, particularly during the busy month end period.

We recently transitioned from our internally built CRM to Salesforce, and the changeover is still in progress as we continue refining the new system and optimising our business processes. While we have a dedicated Salesforce Admin team that is responsible for supporting the business through this change, Sales Operations continue to support the sales team to help them navigate the new system.

  • Act as CRM support for the global sales team, answering any email queries sent through to shared mailboxes.

  • Troubleshoot issues – be able to quickly identify the source of the issue and find a solution, while keeping excellent communication with the Sales team while the issue is being fixed.

  • Liaise with the Salesforce Admins and Architects to fix any issues that arise.

  • Identify areas for improvement and come up with new ideas to optimise business processes.

What experience do I need:

The successful applicant will make this role their own. There are endless possibilities of how they can make a difference within the team, using initiative and problem solving skills to suggest improvements to the day-to-day running of processes and manage their own projects when bringing these visions to life.

  • Must be able to work independently to numerous personal and team deadlines, while consistently identifying areas for improvement.

  • Ability to interact and build rapport with all levels of sales/data management.

  • Very strong organisational and independent project management skills.

  • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite, for creation of reporting slide decks and original sales documents for distribution.

  • An understanding of formulas, functions, and pivot tables in Excel.

  • An understanding of standard forecasting methodology, KPI reporting, sales planning strategy, and the overall enterprise sales cycle is desirable.

  • Desirable experience using Salesforce and Workday.

Benefits:

  • 23 days’ holiday + all public holidays, rising to 25 days after 2 years of service,

  • Additional day off for your birthday,

  • Private medical insurance which covers you, your cohabiting partner and children,

  • Life insurance of 4 times your base salary,

  • Salary sacrifice pension scheme,

  • Enhanced family leave,

  • Confidential Employee Assistance Program,

  • Cycle to work scheme.

Where to Advertise AI Jobs in the UK (2026 Guide)

Advertising AI jobs in the UK requires a different approach to most technical hiring. The candidate pool is small, highly informed and in demand across multiple sectors simultaneously. General job boards reach a broad audience but lack the specificity that AI professionals expect — and the filtering mechanisms they rely on. Specialist platforms, direct outreach and academic channels each serve a different part of the market. This guide, published by ArtificialIntelligenceJobs.co.uk, covers where to advertise AI roles in the UK in 2026, how the main platforms compare, what employers should expect to pay, and what the data says about time-to-hire across different role types.

AI Jobs UK 2026: What to Expect Over the Next 3 Years

Artificial intelligence is creating jobs faster than the market can name them. New roles are appearing every quarter, existing titles are splitting into specialisms, and the technologies underpinning it all are evolving at a pace that makes even last year's job descriptions feel dated. For job seekers, this presents a genuinely unusual challenge. In most industries, career planning means understanding a relatively stable landscape and working out where you fit within it. In AI, the landscape itself is being redrawn in real time. The roles with the most hiring activity in 2028 may not yet have a widely agreed job title in 2026. That's not a reason to feel overwhelmed — it's a reason to get informed. The candidates who thrive in this market aren't necessarily those with the longest CVs or the most credentials. They're the ones who understand the direction of travel: which skills are gaining value, which technologies are driving employer decisions, and how the definition of an "AI job" is expanding well beyond the tech sector. This article breaks down what the UK AI jobs market is likely to look like over the next three years — covering emerging job titles, the technologies reshaping hiring, the skills employers are prioritising, and how to position yourself ahead of the curve rather than behind it.

New AI Employers to Watch in 2026: UK and Global Companies Reshaping AI Careers

With record-breaking investment, government backing, and a surge in enterprise adoption, the landscape of AI employers is shifting rapidly. For candidates exploring opportunities on ArtificialIntelligenceJobs.co.uk, understanding who is hiring next is just as important as understanding what skills are in demand. In this article, we explore the new and emerging AI employers to watch in 2026, focusing on organisations that have recently secured funding, won major contracts, or expanded their UK footprint. From cutting-edge startups to global giants doubling down on Britain, these companies represent the next wave of AI career opportunities.
