We're working with a local Insurance business, looking for a motivated Customer Service Advisor to join their Dartford office in a Renewals Account Manager position. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering great customer service

The Role:

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio ofexisting customers, ensuring their policies are up to date and deliver the best value.

Your day-to-day will include:

· Proactively contacting customers ahead of renewal

· Reviewing policies and discussing any changes needed

· Helping clients secure the best pricing and cover options

· Handling objections and retaining customers looking to leave

· Following up on lapsed renewals to win business back

· Managing inbound calls from customers reviewing their policies

What We're Looking For:

· Excellentcustomer service and communication skills

· Previousinsurance experience preferred

· Confident handling objections and building rapport

· Organised and proactive approach to workload

· Comfortable speaking with customers both inbound and outbound
