About the role

Join Our Team as a People Administrator!

In this key role, you will play a pivotal role in all of our operations at Ocado, providing essential administrative support across various functions. You'll collaborate closely with our dedicated People Partners, dynamic Recruitment teams, and innovative Rewards & Benefits team. Together, we’ll create an exceptional workplace experience and contribute to our mission of excellence!

Responsibilities

  • End to end case management and problem solving
  • Providing regular support and updates to our People Advisors & People Partners
  • Maintaining and updating employee records
  • Liaising with key stakeholders within the business

About you

  • Have an administrative background, with experience in handling requests from internal and external parties
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be able to multi-task and work in a busy and pressurised environment
  • Keen to develop their knowledge of HR
  • Have the ability to organise their workload to meet tight deadlines
  • Possess fantastic attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Experience using HRIS systems, i.e. Workday
  • Experience of google drive or microsoft office applications
