Strong experience with the Microsoft .NET ecosystem and C# development. Proven ability to improve software engineering processes, mentor engineers, and champion quality engineering practices. Experience or interest in AI, prompt engineering, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and code-generation techniques is highly desirable.
