Our client is a rapidly expanding provider of premium student accommodation, investing heavily in technology, automation and AI to transform the customer journey.

This is a genuinely unique opportunity for an experienced technical professional to take ownership of the company's entire commercial technology platform, working across websites, CRM, integrations and business systems.

You'll become the technical backbone of a growing business where your work will directly influence customer experience, operational efficiency and commercial performance.

The Role

You'll take ownership of the organisation's digital ecosystem including:

  • WordPress website development and maintenance
  • CRM administration (HubSpot)
  • API development and third-party integrations
  • Website security, hosting and performance
  • Marketing technology stack
  • Business reporting and dashboards
  • AI-powered workflow automation
  • Release management and version control
  • Technical liaison with external development partners

Working closely with the Head of IT and senior commercial stakeholders, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering new digital initiatives whilst ensuring the existing platform remains secure, scalable and high performing.

About You

We're looking for someone with experience in several of the following:

  • WordPress and PHP development
  • HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • Git version control
  • API integrations and automation
  • CRM platforms such as HubSpot
  • Website performance and security
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Dashboard and reporting development
  • AI coding tools including ChatGPT, Claude or GitHub Copilot
  • Commercially focused systems development

Experience within digital marketing technology, CRM platforms or customer-facing web applications would be highly advantageous.
