The Opportunity

As a Data Cohort Coach you will be responsible for guiding the learning experience for apprentices and helping them reach their full potential. Your role will be focusing on personalised coaching, where you'll be supporting apprentices across multiple businesses to become the next generation of business leaders.

Description

  • Guide apprentices to successful, timely completion of their programme.

  • Master group and individualised coaching techniques to enhance apprentice learning.

  • Adhere to coach quality frameworks to ensure a consistent level of quality for every coaching session and a consistent experience for every apprentice.

  • Create a vibrant, inclusive and motivating environment that drives apprentice learning, engagement and overall satisfaction.

  • Maintain an owner’s mentality, whether while working with assigned apprentices or in support of other coaches, be proactive in taking action, sharing feedback, or providing support to ensure the progress and success of our learners.

  • Work with Ops and other supporting teams to review and action the data provided to deliver the best experience for your apprentices.

  • Engage with apprentice managers for synchronous progress reviews using the information provided by the ops teams.

  • Focus on results related to the programme health of your apprentices, implementing interventions in partnership with operations team members to ensure learners stay on track, standing the best chance of success on programmes.

  • Utilize resources & learning opportunities provided by Multiverse, stay up-to-date on knowledge, learning and product updates, to ensure you are equipped to support your apprentices.

  • Build & maintain credibility with your apprentices by utilising a mixture of professional experience, program/domain knowledge and client context in your interactions.

  • Create a compelling narrative about Multiverse, our mission, and the pillars of our offering, and help apprentices connect to it through the duration of their apprenticeship, and beyond.

About You

Technical Capability

  • 3 + years of professional experience where you have used data on a daily basis to make informed business decisions

  • Strong expertise in data collection, processing, and analysis, with proficiency in Excel and BI tools.

Teaching & Coaching Capability

  • Exceptional written, verbal and on-camera communication and presentation skills

  • Practical experience teaching, mentoring or coaching professionals in an academic or commercial environment

  • Demonstrated mastery of coaching best practices and/or openness to develop in this area

  • Passion for delivering the best learning opportunities and supporting others on their development journey

  • Experience managing and developing positive stakeholder relationships; as a coach, part of your role will be working closely with both learners and their managers

  • Belief in the principles of applied learning: supporting learners to develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours to generate real business outcomes as quickly as possible

We expect all employees to share this commitment and adhere to our Safeguarding Policy, our Prevent Policy and all other Multiverse company policies. Successful applicants will be required to undertake at least a Basic check via the Disclosure Barring Service (DBS).

For roles that will involve a Regulated Activity, successful applicants must also undergo an Enhanced DBS check, including a Children’s Barred List check and a Prohibition Order check. Roles involving Regulated Activity may interact with vulnerable groups, therefore are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 meaning applicants are required to declare any convictions, cautions, reprimands, and final warnings.

Providing false information is an offence and could result in the application being rejected or summary dismissal if the applicant has been selected, and possible referral to the police and the DBS.
