Responsibilities
- Engage & Translate: Lead workshops, elicit requirements, and translate technical needs into clear deliverables.
- Drive & Deliver: Manage backlogs, dependencies, and project artefacts using Azure DevOps.
- Analyse & Align: Map tooling usage, identify integration opportunities, and define KPIs.
- Innovate & Improve: Support AI/ML‑driven use cases such as anomaly detection and root cause analysis.
- Govern & Enable: Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, compliance, and change management processes.
- Collaborate & Influence: Build strong relationships across service lines, platform teams, and senior stakeholders.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Proven Business Analysis experience in IT Operations, DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (backlogs, dashboards, Agile collaboration)
- Knowledge of observability/monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry)
- Demonstrable Project Management Skills with Agile Delivery
- Familiarity with AIOps concepts such as event correlation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC)
- Understanding of cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes)
- Experience with machine learning or analytics projects
- Project management or business analysis certifications (e.g., Prince2, PMP, CBAP)
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent
