ABOUT THE CLIENT

We're supporting a well-established UK organisation that is making a significant investment in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Rather than relying solely on off-the-shelf products, the business is developing its own enterprise-grade AI solutions internally. Due to continued investment in this area, they're looking for an AI Engineer to join a dedicated and growing AI team.

THE ROLE

As an AI / ML Engineer, you'll design and build production-ready AI solutions that deliver measurable value across a large-scale organisation.

You'll work across Generative AI, Agentic AI and Machine Learning, developing intelligent automations, RAG solutions and multi-agent workflows using the Microsoft AI ecosystem.

Working closely with engineers, analysts and stakeholders, you'll help identify where AI can be applied effectively and take solutions from initial concept through to production.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Hands-on experience designing, building and deploying AI or Machine Learning solutions into production
  • Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) experience
  • Knowledge of Agentic AI, AI agents, multi-agent workflows or orchestration
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience delivering maintainable production code
  • Understanding of cloud security, scalability, resilience and observability
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work alongside technical and non-technical stakeholders
