Do you use AI every day to make sense of data and sharpen your campaigns?

Talent Hub is working with a fast-growing, globally active B2B business. They are creating a brand new role for someone who can take a large database of companies, use AI to clean, segment and automate the data, to increase revenue through targeted campaigns.

This one is different from a typical marketing hire. A computer science or data background is just as valuable here as a marketing one, and candidates from agile, agency backgrounds will feel right at home. What matters most is that you have actually used AI and LLM tools to solve real problems, not just read about them.

In this AI Growth & Automation Executive job you will:

• Build AI-powered, hyper-segmented email and PPC campaigns that get the right message to the right company at the right time

• Use AI and data to spot the most relevant, highest-intent companies and drive them from first contact to active, paying customers

• Manage CRM data, Google Ads and email marketing end to end

• Turn performance data into clear, honest reporting using AI tools

You will bring:

• A technical or analytical background (CS/data preferred), with strong data, CRM and segmentation skills

• Genuine, hands-on AI/LLM experience in a work environment (not just Copilot)

• Agency or fast-paced experience is preferred over strictly corporate B2B

• Google Ads, email marketing and SEO experience

• GDPR confidence across international markets
