A growing residential developer is looking to appoint an AI & Business Improvement Coordinator to help drive the implementation and adoption of Artificial Intelligence across the business.

This is a unique opportunity to join a forward thinking company at the beginning of its AI journey and play a key role in shaping how technology is used to improve efficiency, streamline processes and support future growth.

Working closely with senior management and departments across the business, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities where AI can add value, implementing systems and processes, training employees and monitoring the effectiveness of AI tools.

This role could suit a recent graduate with a strong interest in AI and emerging technologies, or someone with experience in business improvement, systems implementation, technology, operations or digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Research, evaluate and implement AI tools and technologies across the business

• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through AI and automation

• Develop AI-driven workflows and processes for different departments

• Create and maintain prompt libraries, templates and best practice guides

• Train and support employees in the use of AI tools

• Monitor adoption, usage and effectiveness of AI systems

• Work closely with leadership teams to identify future opportunities

• Stay up to date with developments in AI and emerging technologies

• Support the business in creating an AI-first culture

Requirements

• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies

• Experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini or similar

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

• Ability to understand business processes and identify opportunities for improvement

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Organised, proactive and commercially aware

• Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate, Zapier or Make would be advantageous

• Construction or property sector experience is beneficial but not essential
