Starting salary £24,000 - £26,000 DOE

PLUS Commission Year 1: £10-12k | Y2: £15-20k | Y3: £30-40k here you could easily be making £80k in three years.

Responsibilities

• Apply strategic thinking to solve daily recruitment challenges.
• Identifying potential candidates with the right skills for your client.
• Contact candidates and pitch new opportunities to them.
• Introduce your candidates to your clients.
• Manage interview organisation and preparation.
• Negotiate job offers and close the deal!
• Build your network and reap the rewards!

Requirements

• Sales experience - car sales, property, telesales, travel or similar will be considered.
• Demonstrable strong work ethic and a steady CV
• Competitive spirit, preferably with sports background.
• Smart, commercially minded, career driven
