Job Description

The team you'll be working with:

As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking aSalesforce Integration Specialistto join our team in London on hybrid basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in architecting and implementing cutting-edge integration solutions that enable seamless data exchange across diverse platforms, including Salesforce, MuleSoft, and other third-party systems. You will work closely with stakeholders to drive business value, optimize integration approaches, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

What you'll be doing:

Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME)for integration strategies across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and other cloud platforms, providing expert advice on integration approaches, patterns, API management, governance, environment architecture, licensing considerations, and industry best practices.Architect and design integration solutionsusing Salesforce platform tools, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, and other cloud technologies to ensure seamless and secure data flow between systems.Advise on integration patterns(e.g., data integration, process integration, batch integration, event-based integration, data virtualization, zero-copy integration) andauthentication mechanisms(e.g., OAuth, SAML) that best support business objectives and technical requirements.Architect and design ETL processesand data migrations,ensuring high-quality data transfer across systems, even withlarge data volumeswhile adhering to platform constraints.Collaborate with product teams and domain specialiststo identify opportunities for growth and innovation, leveraging AI and machine learning to optimise integrations.Provide technical leadershipthroughout the project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to final delivery, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.Conduct workshops, technical training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiativesto upskill team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement in integration.Stay current with industry trends and advancementsin Salesforce and integration technologies.

What experience you'll bring:

Proven experience as an Integration specialist, with hands-on expertise in the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Salesforce integration tools such as OmniStudio, Flow Orchestrator, Salesforce Connect, Heroku Connect and Marketing Cloud Connect.Demonstrated experience in designing and managing APIswith MuleSoft, including working with REST, SOAP APIs and Bulk API.Experience in integration patterns, data synchronization techniques, and OAuth-based authentication.Comprehensive knowledge of ETL tools and processes, including data cleansing, transformation, and migratinglarge datasetswhile adhering to Salesforce platform limitations.Experience integrating Salesforceusing Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flow.Mulesoft Integration Architect or Mulesoft Developer certificationis highly desirable.Strong understanding of cloud-based integrations, with familiarity in cloud platforms likeAWS,Azure, orGoogle Cloud.Exceptional problem-solving skillsandstrong communication abilities,with the capacity to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Requirements

Experience with additional Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Einstein AI. Understanding ofdata modellinganddata structuresof Salesforce productsAdditional certifications, includingSalesforce Certified Integration ArchitectorSalesforce Data Cloud Consultant.Familiarity with DevOps practicesfor continuous integration, deployment, and management of integration solutions.Knowledge of data security, compliance standards,andregulatory requirementsin the context of integration projects.
