Mo-Sys Engineering Ltd is seeking a dynamic, tech-savvy Program Manager passionate about driving innovation in virtual production and advanced camera robotics for film, HETV, and broadcast. This role is central to our mission, with the opportunity to lead a multitude of high-impact projects and work directly with our CEO and Technical Director to turn visionary ideas into reality.

 

As the Technical Program Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of cutting-edge projects from start to finish, balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’ll allocate resources, mitigate risks, and lead a multi-disciplinary Agile team across engineering and software disciplines. This position requires a proactive approach, with the ability to pivot as industry needs change. Please note that we require this individual to work from our Greenwich office a minimum of three working days per week, ideally four.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Drive innovation in virtual production technology, challenging the limits of what’s possible and developing breakthrough solutions.
  • Lead multiple, high-impact projects from planning through to execution, ensuring each aligns with Mo-Sys’s strategic goals.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, empowering them to overcome challenges, stay agile, and adopt best practices.
  • Take ownership of resource management, team capacity, and ongoing skills development to fuel continuous growth and performance.
  • Cultivate an Agile, adaptable team culture across Electronics, Mechanical Design, Software Development, Machine Learning, and Embedded Systems.
  • Engage directly with Beta testers and early adopters to gather insights and fine-tune our products for success.

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • A proven leader with experience managing complex technical projects, clearing roadblocks, and mitigating risks.
  • Exposure to; SAAS, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Software Development.
  • Balances innovative ideas with a pragmatic approach, always weighing the potential impact on business objectives, timelines, and resources.
  • A natural communicator, able to break down technical complexities for diverse audiences and keep teams aligned.
  • A start-up/scale-up mentality, excited to navigate Mo-Sys’s fast-paced, multi-project environment.
  • Brings an Agile, proactive, and adaptable approach to constantly shifting priorities.

Interview Process:

 

Interviews at Mo-Sys are quite informal and conversational, generally carried out over a three stage process. The final stage usually involves meeting with senior members of the leadership team at our office in North Greenwich, London.

 

To gain insight into your workplace behaviours and preferences, we will invite you to complete a brief Predictive Index (PI) Behavioural and Cognitive Assessment (online) as part of this interview process. Discussing these results with Jurga, our Chief of Staff will help us to learn more about you as a person, and it will help you to determine whether Mo-Sys is the right fit for you – it’s a win-win!

About Mo-Sys:

 

We ship to broadcasters in 40+ countries to a customer base including BBC, Netflix, Fox, CNN, ESPN and Sky. Mo-Sys remote heads and robotics are used on many Hollywood blockbusters including Life of Pi, Birdman, Shape of Water, Tron, Source Code and Adjustment Bureau. We have also delivered boundary-pushing technology projects in close collaboration with clients like Red Bull Air Race and the film Gravity.
