Technical Account Manager - Artificial Intelligence (AI) sector required - £40-50k plus up to £15k bonus

Technical Account Manager with Artificial Intelligence industry experience, Python & JSON desirable, Client Facing, Data Science/ Mathematics, reply to client & product inquiries, discuss solution to clients. An Artificial Intelligence (AI) company are looking for a Technical Account Manager to play a major part in the development and implementation of their AI solutions to enhance customer experience and improve satisfaction. Youll have 3 years of experience in a client facing role with a working understanding of data science, strong mathematical skills and an ability to develop lasting client relationships to join their team as they expand the business. Responsibilities: Account Management Respond in a timely way to product and client related inquiries. Help to implement and launch client projects. Inform and advise clients about the AI solution and its potential uses. Document customer needs and report customer feedback. Coordinate with the sales and technical teams. Skills 3 years minimum of experience in an account management/technical support role Bachelors Degree in Maths, Computer Science or related field. Proficient in Microsoft, Google Suite, and CRM Management.
